@HawkeyeMommeye @FrontierCorp I feel for you. My brother lives in an area on Minnesota that only has Frontier as an option. They had called to get connected, but after several months of it not happening they gave up. Luckily they have cell service and upped their data plan to unlimited so they can hotspot.

@FrontierCorp @AskFrontier You canceled my access to all CINEMAX channels, which I've had for almost a decade. You will not allow me or my assistant a number with live customer support. You are charging me for channels I'm no longer receiving.

@FrontierCorp This site doesn't work very well. It just keeps telling me I already have Frontier service (I do). However, I'm trying to find out if fiber is available, as that's what it says it's checking. 🤨

@AskFrontier Yo, around 6 this morning my internet just quit and hasn't worked since. I try to use that chat option my phone and it ended with me having to wait til the 24th for someone to fix my internet? This is OUTRAGEOUS

Supposed to have fiber internet installed yesterday. Installer never arrived. I'm (hopefully) in @FrontierCorp 's 27 min queue to set up new appt. 6 min just to get to a human to direct me to that. Awful customer experience.

New install techs keep reassigning our fiber (Internet/landline) to new potential customers. But they will fix it again tomorrow…without error correcting by finding the tech who cut the line this morning and explaining the issue. So it’ll happen a fifth time soon.@FrontierCorp
