So it seems on speedometer cluster is different, and there’s dual climate control. What else is added to the BH level 2? And is it worth it?

There are quite a few differences. You can go the ramtrucks.com website, build a big horn, and see for yourself what the differences are.
Whether or not they are worth it is a decision only you can decide for yourself. I would say yes, but that's for me.

I HIGHLY recommend getting LED headlight/tail lights!
That is my biggest regret about my truck.

Spend the extra and get the 120V outlets and the bigger screen. The power rear slider also is real nice to get rid of the wind buffeting noise when driving with the window down.

Is the screen bigger in a level 2 than the 1? I thought they were both 8.5”?

Both the big horn level 1 and level 2 have the 8.4 inch Uconnect screens.

Ok. And why does it appear that on the level 2 package, some come with a glossy finish and some have a matte finish? Is it just appearance or is there an actual difference in the packages?

The glossy finish’s is the 8.4 Uconnect with nav usually comes with the alpine system the matte finish is just the 8.4 uconnect with base six speaker system.

The heated steering wheel alone is why I wouldn't accept anything other than Level II. That feature is a godsend on a bitter January morning.

I have Level 2, wind buffeting is bad without the rear window open. That was at a speed of approximately 40-50 mph, have not experimented at various higher speeds.

If you didn't order your truck you had to get the eTorque to get the Alpine system if you were buying stock off the lot. No eTorque meant base 6 speaker audio, at least it did when I bought mine.
eTorque is only a $200 price bump now where for the 2019 MY trucks is was an extra $1200. I don't know if that was a typo when the "all-new" RAM 1500 came out and everybody ate an extra $1000 for the 2019 trucks or FCA decided they want everyone to buy the eTorque and dropped the option price by $1000.

Saw a lot of Big Horns and Laramies with no NAV (matte trim). It's a $795 option just to "upgrade" to a NAV unit (uConnect 4 to uConnect 4C NAV).
A lot of people did not want the NAV as it's not the greatest (my Apple and Google Maps run circles around it) and almost $800 is a good chunk of change to part with. It comes in handy every now and then but I mainly wanted it for the better radio (HD). You also get a 5 year free trial to SIriusXM Travel Link and Traffic Plus.

Getting tired of websites , ram build web site , VIN pull websites. . .
can someone tell me what features you’re not getting , if you were to get a Bighorn Level 2, with BTS package vs a Laramie.

I’m sure other members will chime in as well, but with the Laramie you’d be getting leather seating (vs. vinyl of BTS...same as Rebels), front ventilated seats (Laramie level 2), heated rear seats (Laramie level 2), proximity/passive entry. With the Laramie I believe you can also get more of the safety features like the 360-degree camera, forward collision/stop, and adaptive cruise.
Those are the things that immediately come to mind. The BTS with Big Horn Level 2 is a pretty nicely equipped truck.

With a Laramie you can also get memory buttons for seats/mirrors, adaptive cruise control, parallel park assist, and the HK audio that are not available in the Big Horn.
The Alpine audio is standard in the Laramie and up.

You can put in LED bulbs easily. Not the same look as factory housings, though.
