One of the coziest bars on this list, Delaney’s sits in the heart of downtown and has a happy hour to match its stellar reputation. Tuesday – Friday from 4:30 to 6 pm, grab $2.50 select oysters, $8 Delaney house Martini’s, $6 select wine and an $8 select co*cktail.

7. NICO | Oysters + Seafood
Like several of the bars on this list, NICO was featured in another article recently ranking outdoor bar deals, but we’ll run through their specials again for the newcomers. Happy hour is from 4 – 7pm Monday – Friday featuring $5 house beer, wine and well liquors, $1.75 house oysters, $15 Proper Champagne, and $20 Veuve Clicquot, Yellow Label. Plus there’s daily specials like ½ off oysters on Mondays, $40/lb crab legs on Tuesdays and ½ off select bottles on Thursdays.

6. Charleston Harbor Fish House
While it doesn’t have a raw bar, Fish House has deals that compete with any of the classic Oyster Bars on this list. 5. Snapper Jacks
On the other side of town, Snapper Jacks is the only bar to our knowledge that is a rooftop bar that has oyster deals.
Their happy hour is from 4 – 7 pm Monday – Friday with $2 Bud Light, $2.50 Oyster Shooters, ½ off Raw Oysters and $5 Tito’s, Jack Daniels and Espolon Blanco. Plus there’s a different seafood special every week night.

4. Rappahannock Oyster Bar
Located in the old cigar factory on East Bay, Rappahannock’s Happy Hour isn’t messing around. Grab a seat at their massive circular bar from 4 – 7 Monday – Friday to enjoy $2 select oysters, $5 white, rose and bubbles, $6 red wine, $4 Narragansett Lager/Citra Session Ale, $6 oyster shooters, $7 Sangria, $8 Mules, French 75s, and Manhattans. While it’s farther out from the rest, the newest bar on this list has deals that are worth the journey. Happy hour is Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 3 – 6 pm. The lineup is stacked with $2 oyster & $2 bubbly, $2 off drafts, $4 oyster shooters, $4 Tecate tall boys, $4 edamame, $5 house wine and $7 mussels. 2. Pearlz Oyster Bar - Downtown
Back in the heart of downtown is another Charleston staple with a killer happy hour. 1. Pearlz Oyster Bar - West Ashley
We kinda hate to give the silver and gold both to Pearlz, but their locations have slightly different happy hours that are each stacked enough to take the cake. The West Ashley location also has $4 Narragansett, $5 house liquor, $5 house wines, $3 Champagne, $5 oyster shooters, but their food specials switch it up a bit with items like $13 Clam Strips and $10 Bleu Cheese Chips.
